Technical Support
Please try the troubleshooting steps below if you are experiencing issues with any of the following items.
Logging in to your organization/company site
- From the Resources for Living landing page (resourcesforliving.com), select 'Company log in/Register' and enter your Employer/Organization username and access code (previously called `Password').
- Select 'Log in to site' to access the Resources for Living site anonymously.
With the company-level login, you'll have access to all your Resources for Living benefit information and self-help tools.
Logging in with a personal account
You can login with a personal account by following these steps:
- From the Resources for Living landing page (resourcesforliving.com), select 'Personal Log in'.
- Enter your email address and password.
If you receive a message that states "Invalid username or password", please follow these steps:
- Your personal account username is the email address you created in the registration process.
- Select "Forgot password" to receive a reset password link.
If you are having trouble receiving the reset password link, please search your inbox for any emails from 'resourcesforliving@web.rfl.com'. Depending on your carrier, sometimes emails can go to a Junk, Spam or Promos folder. It can help to add this email address to your contacts or mark it as a 'safe' contact.
Personal account registration
Follow these steps to register for a personal account:
- From the Resources for Living landing page (resourcesforliving.com), select 'Company log in/Register'
- From the 'Company Log in/Register' page enter your Employer/Organization username and access code (previously called `Password') and select 'Create a personal account'.
- Enter in your information in the registration form, choose your options and create a password.
- You'll receive an email with a secure verification link from resourcesforliving@web.rfl.com. Select the link to verify your account.
- This will bring you to a confirmation message.
- Select the button to login with your new personal account.
- Enter your email and password.
- You can check "Trusted device" if you would like for your account to be remembered for that device. This will take effect the next time you login as long as you check "Trusted device" each time.
- Select "Login"
- From the verification code screen, select 'Email' and submit. This will send an email to your email address on file with a verification code for added security.
- Enter that code into the verification code field and select 'Submit'.
- In the personal topics of interest, select up to 3 topics and select 'Next'.
- This will take you to the RFL homepage logged in with your personal account.
A personal account is optional and adds the benefit of recommended topics of interest, adding items to your favorites and other helpful features. Please keep in mind, you can access all your Resources for Living benefit information and self-help tools at the company-level login.
Not receiving the two-factor verification code email
Please search your inbox for any emails from ‘resourcesforliving@web.rfl.com’. Depending on your carrier, sometimes emails can go to a Junk, Spam or Promos folder. It can help to add this email address to your contacts or mark it as a ‘safe’ contact.
Not receiving the forget your password email
Please search your inbox for any emails from ‘resourcesforliving@web.rfl.com’. Depending on your carrier, sometimes emails can go to a Junk, Spam or Promos folder. It can help to add this email address to your contacts or mark it as a ‘safe’ contact.
Talkspace single-sign on
Below are the steps for accessing Talkpsace with your RFL personal account using the SSO through the browser and the mobile app.
Please try accessing Talkspace through the browser first. If that is successful, then try through the mobile app.
Accessing Talkspace with your RFL personal account through the browser:
- Go to resourcesforliving.com and select "Personal Log in".
- Enter your email address and password and login
- Once logged in, select the "Connect to therapy" tile under the "Get started" section.
- Select "Get started" in the Talkspace tile
- On the Talkspace page, scroll down and select "Get started with Talkspace"
Accessing Talkspace with your RFL personal account through the Talkspace mobile app:
- Open the Talkspace mobile app
- Select Log in
- Select the "Log in with Single-Sign On (SSO)" link under the Log in button
- Select the "Continue" link in the Resources for Living tile
- Enter your email address and password and select Login.
- Select Email for verification code and the "Submit" button
- Enter the code from the verification email into the code field and select "Submit", which will log you into the Talkspace app

International access
To login to your EAP international site, please use these steps:
- From resourcesforliving.com select the "International access >" link under the company login/register and personal account buttons.
- Enter your international username and access code and select "Login".
- From there select the "Visit website" button
- Next, select your language from the drop down and choose "Login"
